Thanks for coming out!
The city of Philadelphia is coming together to raise awareness and fight the stigma of mental illness at the first ever #IWillListen Day. On June 3rd, we will take over Love Park for one day and one night, to host a city-wide conversation about mental health and wellness. Join us by promising to listen to your fellow Philadelphians with an open mind and open heart.
Participate in an educationally uplifting mental health fair. Listen to the free public concert in the afternoon with famous rock musicians, including Kai Botak ,Brendan Walsleben/Last Full Measure, Lost In Company, Mark Dixon – winner of Recovery Idol 2013, Ron Gallo/Toy Soldiers, and Dani Marie/Lovers League. And make your own #IWillListen promise to post online. It’s going to be a fun, informative day of learning and social change, sponsored by JWT, NAMI-NYC Metro, The Thomas Scattergood Foundation, Box of Stars, WXPN Radio and the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services.
